COLOURS Newsroom
COLOURS Newsroom is a feature found within the Design Center that can be unlocked after passing Chapter 3-3. The Newsroom hosts several magazine volumes for the player to challenge. By completing individual stages, the player will be awarded with prizes granted one-time only.
Each volume 30 stages and each centers around mastering one particular attribute to complete the magazine volume. Each stage may feature a Styling Battle against the judge or a Styling Challenge. All the judges may give their own comments to the player, including a short round of text before starting each stage. All stages cost 4 Stamina. None of the magazine stages will award the player with EXP. Players must reach S rank on each stage to get their rewards. Past stages cannot be challenged.
Nikki appears as the model on the cover of every magazine and typically wears clothing items that can be dropped by magazine stages. However, most of the makeup she wears is not included as stage rewards.
